Janice M. Mills, 71, died Jan.6th. She is survived by her daughters Rhonda K. Rogers of Goldsboro and Jill MacNelly and husband Kevin MacNelly and grandson Sean all of the home; special friends Teresa Pigeon and Sonya Byrd.
